Anne Fisher from the Bandon Gove School of Arts has advised the Pizza Oven Project has been finalised.
The community made tiles for the pizza oven and they are now in place and looking great! Congratulations to everyone who participated. Many thanks to artists Clare Tilyard and Alexandra Wade for guiding the 31 young and old(er) community volunteers through the research, design and tile making processes. The theme of local native plants was explored in the original glazed and textured decorations.
