Create NSW is calling for applications across NSW to its 2022/23 Artform Advisory Boards.
Expressions of interest are encouraged from members of small and medium-sized organisations and major arts companies, and individual practitioners and artists across all artforms, including professional artists, producers, business managers and independent company leaders.
Create NSW Interim Chief Executive Annette Pitman said this is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to shaping the arts and cultural landscape in NSW.
“Create NSW is calling for expressions of interest from NSW arts and cultural leaders who have a passion to deliver outcomes for NSW’s arts and culture to join our 2022/23 Artform Advisory Boards,” Ms Pittman said.
“The NSW Artform Advisory Boards play an important role in providing specialist funding recommendations and strategic advice on behalf of the arts sector. We are seeking applications to join our high-calibre Boards from individuals from all regions to represent NSW through diversity, equity, access and who will match the drive and skill of our current board members.”
Applications are open for the following Artform Advisory Boards:
• Aboriginal Arts and Culture Board
• Classical Music, Opera and Choral Board
• Contemporary Music Board
• Dance and Physical Theatre Board
• Festivals Board
• Literature Board
• Multi-arts Board
• Museums and History Board

Successful applicants will join current Board Members on the 10 Artform Advisory Boards and work with the Chairs in determining recommendations for arts and cultural funding.
