Des Duggan, President of the M&DH, said, “The group is starting off with a special showing of our recently bequeathed Beersheba photos from the Tanner legacy. The Blandford-based photo framers donated a number of Beersheba campaign framed photographs to the Museum earlier this year which will now go into this showing.
Official Opening: Saturday 23 October 10am.
Venue: God’s Waiting Room church hall (alongside the Literary Institute building) Mayne St, Murrurundi.
Open: Sunday 24 October – 10am to 1pm, Saturday 30 October – 10am to 1pm and Sunday 31 October – 10am to 12pm.

This will be followed ‘Mountain – Valley –River’ by Wollongong artist, Pilar Helmers, and featuring paintings of Murrurundi’s beautiful valley. Opens late November till the end of January 2022.
Events planned for 2022 include the 150th Anniversary of the Railways to Murrurundi, 3 to 5 April and Quilts 2022 in May. Visit website
