Arts Upper Hunter is pleased to be supporting the Muswellbrook Hospital Redevelopment.
The redevelopment is creating a modern, welcoming healthcare facility for our community, and we want local creativity to be part of it.
In partnership with Health Infrastructure and Hunter New England Local Health District, we’re seeking local artists to help shape the redevelopment.
Expressions of interest (EOIs) are now open for the new Community Health space, with opportunities for artists to contribute works that will help create calming, uplifting spaces for patients, families, and staff.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a significant public health project and showcase your work in a high-profile space that reflects the spirit and diversity of Muswellbrook.
Up to 12 artworks will be selected and installed in the new Community Health consultation rooms.
We welcome EOIs from artists at all career stages who are living or working in the Hunter New England Local Health District and who have a connection to Muswellbrook.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists are encouraged to apply, as well as organisations and collaborative groups.
