Supporting the revival of local Aboriginal culture, Blak Arts Collective is talks, a gallery, workshops, an On Country Camp and much more.

It’s funded by the Australian Government’s Indigenous Visual Arts Industry Support program, and run in partnership with Wanaruah Local Aboriginal Land Council and other groups across the region.

in schools across the region, designed to inspire young people to consider a career in creative industries.

Dare to be Deadly On Country Camp

brought 30 youth together at Minimbah Teaching Place doing seven engrossing, creative workshops: dance, weaving, photography, Lingo Bingo, bushwalking, art, bush medicine. Stay in touch as we are hoping to run another camp in 2027.
