Dungog by Design presents proud to present a collection of works by artist Tara Mann for the October 2025.
Tara is showcasing a collection of hats, head pieces and accessories, that she has created over the past 12 months.
Consisting of both new and upcycled headwear pieces, Tara’s love of millinery began when she was shown her nanna’s silk flower making tools.
After completing a millinery fundamentals course in early 2023 at Enmore TAFE in Sydney, and several other short courses in both millinery and head wear designs, Tara’s love of headwear fashion has grown.
Working with a large range of materials, mostly fibre based but not limited to such as straw, sinamay, leather and wool, Tara has used them all.
After taking out the award for “most successful exhibitor” at this year’s Gresford show, Tara now has her sights on qualifying at next year’s “fashions on the field” competition at Rosehill.
