Head to the Upper Hunter for the 40th Scone Horse Festival (6-16 May)
The historic Upper Hunter town of Scone is home to the Scone Horse Festival, one of the most unique events in the country. Now in its 40th year, the 10-day Festival offers world class horse racing, polo, plenty of fun events (most of them free) and live music. One of many highlights, the Darley Scone Race Cup Day on 14 May, is one of the biggest country race days on the NSW racing calendar.
To launch anniversary celebrations in style, an extraordinary line-up of homegrown and international music talent will take to the stage on 6 May.
Aussie icon Shannon Noll and legendary band Dragon, will perform at White Park arena on Thursday 6th May 2021 to officially open the 40th Scone Horse Festival!
First up will be Dragon from 6pm sharp, followed by Shannon Noll at 7pm – 8pm.
