Bare Theatrical Productions presents My Brilliant Divorce, by Geraldine Aron starring Annette Rowlison.
My Brilliant Divorce is a witty, warm and irresistibly funny account of Angela Kennedy-Lipsky navigating her way back to happiness after her husband dumps her for a younger model.
Follow Angela’s tragically funny story as she navigates post-married life with unfulfilling dates, late night phone counselling, and the obligatory tub or three of ice cream in her quest for love and happiness as a mid-life singleton.
A smash hit for Dawn French in London ‘s West End, this Bare Theatrical Production of My Brilliant Divorce starring Annette Rowlison is “as irresistible as a chocolate truffle!”

THE COMPANY
Bare Theatrical Productions, (BTP), was founded in Sydney in 2015. After successful productions at the then King Street Theatre in Newtown and the Exchange Hotel in Balmain, the company moved to the Hunter Valley in 2018. It is now in the capable hands of one of the founders, Annette Rowlison.
BTP aims to produce 2 plays per year. The main focus of the company is to present quality boutique theatre that pares back the production values of their shows to ‘bare minimum’, thereby championing the scripted word, storytelling and characters.
Previous Productions include Zoo, Shirley Valentine, Bombshells, Vital Signs, The Sum of Us, Bare on the Air – Radio Show, Love Letters, Talking with… and Cinderella the Pantomime.
KAREN JONES (Co-Director)
